Pros
Best co-workers ever, best technology in the market in use. The hospital seems to genuinely care about the staff, especially during covid. I have seen some values like outside organizations offering rides for nursing staff, the hospital offering free meals and bonus checks. I would say generous and family like atmosphere. I am leaving out stressful times and requires hard work, and the ability to let harsh words sometimes roll off the back, but its not common. Very thankful for my job and the ability to serve others.
Cons
Unsure where things are going. We are stressed and tired and working together. Just unsure of the future with the recent merger. No clear plan relayed to employees, layoffs. Just not sure. Trying to be patient but getting the sense that we are being kept until they are done and will let us go or make us re-apply for a job. Just a gut feeling, I am probably way off wrong.
