      Great place to work. Could be better; working to promote higher employee engagement as well as employee satisfaction could take the experience to a higher level.

      Cons

      Management issues seem to be a subject that little can be done about. Challenges with moving forward are old habits and norms that appear to be engrained in culture.

      Pros

      I liked most of the people I worked with and the schedule was great. Nice facility. For the MOST part, the staff was helpful and would step in and help when you needed. Fast paced and helped shifts go by faster.

      Cons

      Some of the staff/charges could be difficult to work with and would not help when you needed help. At times could be stressful due to patient acuity and/or multiple very sick patients at the same time
