      Interacting with with the student and faculty in other departments

      Cons

      The hostile cliques in management and the deceitful tactics is appalling. True, honest, hardworking employees not rewarded or recognized. Bullying by controller, personal vendetta by staff rewarded by VP because of personal friendship. Lies told by staff members to get positions.
