Business Outlook
Pros
Small, intimate and feels like a large family. The executive leadership is strong and engaged. Compensation is fair and there are opportunities to advance. Tuition reimbursement is an amazing benefit. Good health insurance as well.
Cons
It's a University, so staff do not make as much as in the "corporate" world. Sometimes there is a pervading sense of conflict between faculty and staff. Staffing is usually kept to a minimum so many employees must wear multiple hats, which leads to poor work/life balance.
