Pros
The University has a very small, community, close-knit feel which is a warm environment to work in. There are lots of opportunities to collaborate across the campus if you are willing to take the initiative and lead the charge. The campus is gorgeous and the students I worked with were very personable.
Cons
Mismanagement of overall school budget had implications for advancement in pay while I worked there from 2016-2018. There was also not a streamlined, University wide process for how someone can advance career-wise in staff roles.
