Pros
I absolutely loved the culture. It was a place I felt I could thrive without overextending due to good communication about expectations while also accounting for personal obstacles.
Cons
I was a student worker so it's understandable, but I wish I could've been compensated more for the extra roles I took on before reaching a standardized promotion checkpoint based on the school year. It's not even a con though because, they worked the next year to make that promotion in responsibilities and reward possible
