Thank you for your comments about working at St. John’s. And thank you for your service to our residents. I agree with you that we have an outstanding Therapeutic Recreation department that delivers many fun, creative events for our elders. However, I’m sorry that you believe you did not have your opinion taken into account by management. While it’s unclear what situation(s) you’re referencing, I will forward your comments to our neighborhood leaders as important feedback for their awareness and learning. We continue to ask for and listen to improvement ideas from our staff, our residents and their families, and seek to engage employees in decisions that impact their jobs and the workplace.
