      Plenty of hours to work

      Cons

      HR is useless . Instead of taking care of the employees that work hard they punish them and then the employees that are lazy and complain after they are written up, HR takes their side.

      Great team work, most doctors treat nurses with respect

      Cons

      Politics can make it difficult at times, not much room for career advancement within the system unless willing to travel or relocate. Lots of turnover from leadership

      Pros

      Decent pay rates for nurses, incentives, differentials. Great co-workers. Loved my manager & admins there, believe it or not!

      Cons

      Well they run it like a business, to make a profit and they will quickly eliminate/change what- or whom-ever they need to make keep the cash flowing. Sometimes, (or at least it's how it looks to me), they do it at the expense of reducing patient resources & access to care in rural areas.
