Great team spirit and fun with workouts at the office during work time.

Cons

Extremely bad salary. You start low and then the yearly rise is minimal. On a higher position you earn really good and on a ”normal” position you earn below average comparing to other companies. They say there is no hierarchy in this company but that is a big fat joke. There is also salary gaps between men and women.
