Where shall I start. I worked for SMX very briefly as secondary employment. I worked on the production line at Ethel Ms chocolate factory. Shortly after being hired, I had to quit...my first job pot me back up to full time status. I quit towards the end of June/beginning of July. Here it is...OVER a month later, and yet, I still haven't been paid for days worked. I called twice a week within the first two weeks..no answer, no call back. When I did finally get a call back I was told I could pick my global cash card (never received my GCC on my first day of work like promised) up on Saturday. I show up..and then I am told they have no access to it, it's locked in a cabinet...they will mail it. A week passes..NOTHING! I call the following Friday and am told it was mailed the day before (Thursday). So I patiently waited till Tuesday..nothing. I called there office in Chicago, they got through and they tell them they mailed it on Friday...???..so I waited gave it a few more days....nothing. Called the Chicago office back they were going to try again to see what's wrong with this horrid management staff here....nothing. I called again...this time to the SMX office here in Henderson, NV...and then was told..she found my letter in her car ....must have fell...so she mailed it on Tuesday or Wednesday.....and guess what, here it is Saturday...nothing. I am now heading to the labor board/commissioner. I have NEVER, NEVER NEVER dealt with a company that has ZERO idea how to operate internally or rectify a problem THAT THEY KNOW HAS BEEN PERSISTENT FOR OVER A MONTH!
