I applied for a recruiting position Staff Pad represented and Jessica reached out to me to see if I would be a good fit for her client.
Jessica was able to give me valuable insight on what to expect throughout the entire process. Example, the type of person I would be speaking with and if they are direct or easy going and what they look for. She was always giving up to date feedback after each step. She truly wanted the best prospects for her client and the best fit for the prospect. Jessica was punctual with calls and responses at all hours, and I was just a prospect, not her client.
If you're looking for a staffing company that cares about over achieving your needs and not just submitting anyone... Go with them. If you're an applicant like me, trust them, and they won't let you down.
