The recruiter will contact you about a great opportunity...Once you come in and do all the necessary paperwork, you get the run around..however if your Hispanic they'll push to get you into a company..this is a practice in the Bridgewater office..
Cons
Discrimination..if your American born no hope for getting a interview with any decent paying client...your resume and applications will sit and collect dust
