      I really don't have one positive thing to say

      Cons

      You will be told that Health Insurance for you and the other employees is in the works; 6 years and never came to fruition. You will be told about expansion possibilities to Denver and Chicago You will be told no Micromanaging; you will be talked to if you are 1 minute late in an email at the end of the day The three that have been there longest will talk to each other and anything you say will get back to all 3 They will buy lunch for each other and never ask if you want anything Me and my co-worker were the 2 new employees and we both felt like we were treated with kid gloves

      Pros

      Excellent communication and support, clear instructions on what tasks are needed, fast response to questions or concerns. Amazingly helpful from the very beginning.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any negatives, but if I have to list one it would be that I am not able to thank them in person.

      Working with Amber Ross at Staffing First was such a positive experience. She’s genuinely caring, professional, and always quick to respond. Amber made me feel valued as a nurse and went above and beyond to make sure I was placed in the right assignment. Her communication was clear, and she followed up regularly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a recruiter who truly listens and supports you every step of the way — Amber definitely does. Highly recommend her!
