Office had friendly people and holidays and birthdays were fun.

Traffic was sometimes and issue for me.

-They will listen to you about what you want long term as well as what you are and are not willing to do. -Seem professional, as an assertive person I find it easy to work with them. - At the least the person I work with for contracts cares a lot. She has even called me when she's not even in the office to discuss things. -Compared to other temporary workers' agencies I've worked beside as well as applied to, it seems like they may be a bit more professional and put together than some of the other area temp agencies. They do not feel like other agencies I worked for back in college who are mostly really crap jobs that they are just throwing you into. - you actually get holiday pay. Yes it takes a while. But you are a temporary worker, most places I've worked with just tell you you're s.o.l.

This is not necessarily a "con" as advice to be aware of. Keep your eye on their site for available work. It's best to be proactive. Many times I reached out and they would say "I was actually thinking you would be a good fit and have been meaning to reach out". Remember they aren't only managing you. Don't let yourself get lost in the crowd.
