Toxic corporate culture overtook empowering company culture that existed when the org was run by Atterro. Communication from leadership to ground-level staff is limited in transparency, and can come across as simplistic in a "we can do it" attitude vs. realistic commitments from management to prioritize team members and enable them to succeed.
