Flexibility, upward mobility, supportive management, willing to allow movement through different branches of the business, plenty of Staffmark locations and customers to work at through out the country.
Cons
Nothing due to Staffmark, there are things that come with any staffing: Flexibility works both ways, customers can be difficult, and at times recruitment is tough.
