HR personnel on site seemed incompetent and tried to avoid their work and responsibilities as much as possible. Leads at work would actively bully people and assign more work to you that would mean everything gets done in a faster and sloppier result. Safety issues are ignored until people start getting hurt and even then repairs took forever. Such as most if not all ladders in the warehouse were broken, rolling shelves had broken locks which meant it was possible to get crushed, floors in one area of the warehouse were chipped and broken that ladders couldn't find solid ground.
