Leadership at Staffmark is not afraid to change with these uncertain times. For such a large company, there is the response and agility of a much smaller company. Staffmark continues to invest in technology and training to help achieve goals.
Cons
With so much uncertainty and changes, it can leave team members feeling unstable in their roles. Leadership has tried to create laser focus into the current goals, but since they have changed so much, there is often confusion.
