We appreciate this feedback! We are happy to report that everything you mentioned is being worked on. We have been working on getting new trucks in the field, but has been difficult in this crazy supply times. That being said, our fleet team is working on everything you mentioned. We are also working on rolling out a new ticket management system, so hopefully the whole field will be equipped with that by the end of the year. We hope to continue to be a great place to work for you and thank you for being part of the team.
