At the end of the day, this is the best locate company I have ever been a part of. While there is always room for improvement, the fact that our concerns and ideas are genuinely heard and acted upon speaks volumes. It shows that management values its team, and it creates a culture where both technicians and leaders feel respected, supported, and motivated every day.

Managers often have additional responsibilities that can take time away from their primary focus, which should be managing their teams and maintaining safety and quality at all times. Many of these added tasks can pull attention away from day-to-day operations. Communication could also be improved across all levels to ensure expectations, updates, and support are clearly shared from every direction.
