Pros

Very professional. Will Promise you the world and started out with decent benefits. But quickly fell into a storm of animosity. Other Techs will talk about to you behind you back and act like your best friend to your face.

Cons

At First the work environment was great until a disgruntled employee goes behind your back sharing your pay and talking bad behind your back. Very unprofessional. Managers are prohibited to share your pay with other employees. Began with Decent Cigna health insurance. May 1st we were told to enroll in Blue cross of North Carolina for 12$ less a week. Which they have denied to pay for any of my medications and my family Dr of 10 years. Our “Manager” will share your personal information and pay details with other Techs then them becoming jealous the afterwards talking bad about you behind your back basically sabotaging you. Because they all have worked together for years at USIC. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Pros

Our teams feel like a family, and there is a direct connection with each department whenever questions or support are needed. There are also strong opportunities for advancement for those who demonstrate a solid work ethic and commitment to growth. At the end of the day, this is the best locate company I have ever been a part of. While there is always room for improvement, the fact that our concerns and ideas are genuinely heard and acted upon speaks volumes. It shows that management values its team, and it creates a culture where both technicians and leaders feel respected, supported, and motivated every day.

Cons

Managers often have additional responsibilities that can take time away from their primary focus, which should be managing their teams and maintaining safety and quality at all times. Many of these added tasks can pull attention away from day-to-day operations. Communication could also be improved across all levels to ensure expectations, updates, and support are clearly shared from every direction.
