Pros

Excellent benefits, HR works hard to make life better for employees, compensation is well above average for this type of job. Lower level managers are good people and work hard for their team.

Cons

Lower level managers in Customer Support are overworked and underpaid. Getting a day off at work requires planning months in advance, and you can still be denied. Salary reviews should not include a requirement to attend company functions. Respect from upper management is somewhat lacking towards the rest of the customer support team. This is not a company where one can feel safe or comfortable enough to want to stay. There is very little room for job satisfaction.

Pros

Up until the company was purchased by a private entity, the company had a great culture. Unfortunately, things changed soon after that and the culture and focus was gone.

Cons

After it was purchased the usual layoffs started happening due to restructuring. Because there was new management during the layoffs, there was little compassion during these hard times.
