Pros

There is a strong and motivated group of employees who really care about doing the best thing for the customer and the company. Also, management recognizes the strong performers and is quick to place qualified people onto the management track.

Cons

I have never seen a more dishonest management team in all my 30 years in business. There are serious problems with the core business model, but management refuses to address them, choosing instead to trick the employees into believing that everything is fine.

Pros

Up until the company was purchased by a private entity, the company had a great culture. Unfortunately, things changed soon after that and the culture and focus was gone.

Cons

After it was purchased the usual layoffs started happening due to restructuring. Because there was new management during the layoffs, there was little compassion during these hard times.
