No pros really. Bullies. Toxic culture. Lacks respect, professionalism, honesty, integrity. Good hard working people leaving in droves. It is acceptable for C-level to get fat raises while its employees are rewarded with little or no raises. Negative.
Cons
This year you will be worked to death. Next year forget about the raise they lead you to expect to get. HR pretends to care. Don't fall for it. Don't waste time here if you are in tech. Outdated systems. Nepotism rampant. Exhausting.
