Pros
The people are fantastic, intelligent, and incredibly friendly; there is a great sense of community within the organization. You are given the opportunity to provide your thoughts and feedback openly as well as chances to take the initiative. Team meetings allow for productive discussion and quality time building work relationships. Beautiful offices and technology available for employee use. You get a great sense of accomplishment even when completing the seemingly smallest tasks. For lunch and after work, there are plenty of amenities in the Court House area to satisfy personal preferences.
Cons
There were times when information was not communicated as clearly as it could have been and some projects require you to think outside the box in order to accomplish them. There will be many days where you have to be quick on your feet and juggle several tasks, so be prepared for a fast-paced work environment.
