Pros
The only reason for one star is that I think they have good intentions. Free markets are cool but do not fix everything.
Cons
A brief history lesson on how Stand Together came to be what it is today - Basically there were a bunch of related non-profits that operated in a hierarchy of favorites. The "best" were employees of CKI or CKF. A bunch of mergers happened and a lot of people got laid off--of course the lay offs impacted former CKI and CKF employees the least. Now the former elite make up many of the junior-executive management and they have generally not lost their sense of entitlement. This workplace was incredibly toxic and taxing on my mental health. They speak in coded language constantly. This workplace is not at all friendly to those with learning disabilities, processing issues, or if you are on the spectrum. They operate on the teachings of a "holy bible" of sorts--Good Profit by Charles Koch. Not a bad book per se, but definitely weaponized against employees at their non profit arm. Many employees suffer burnout early in their careers. 0/10 would not recommend.
