Where to begin... If you enjoy being mediocre in your career, this is the place for you. Everyone at the top is average at best. If you work hard and go above and beyond, you will not be recognized for your contribution. The lack of diversity is appalling. People of color are treated differently and there is no accountability from leadership or HR. Your entire success at this organization depends on your supervisor. There is also no accountability when your supervisor weaponizes culture and principles against you. HR will not help. Compensation is awful and depends on "contribution." But, as stated above, depending on who your supervisor is, if they don't recognize your contribution, good luck making any money. This is by far the most childish organization I've ever worked at.
