Pros
The company makes awesome products. I learned quite a bit about the textile business. My co-workers were great.
Cons
Family owned company, so of course, favor and the good positions are given to family members. Not much room for advancement. If not hiring family members, they would rather hire outside people than hiring within. The wellness thing is a bit much.
