Pros

Management communication is very strong and ideas submitted are discussed and actioned if proven. Pay and benefits are good for a mid-level company. Local working conditions are great with a suburban location, free parking and small commutes. Work peaks are known (cyclical) and can be anticipated, keeping the work life balance in check.

Cons

Lean organization so you have to work smart...not an issue for most, but it is not a place to sit back.
