Way too much work and stress. Everyone is overloaded with work and it's not just a short-term issue; it's been this way for years. The stress level is high, from upset customers to management pushing you to do more and get it done now. There's pressure to work overtime to get more work done. Pay is not good. No chance to move up. No promotions offered, and raises are little if any. Many new hires are temps. Company resists hiring full-time employees.
