The salary is very good for the position. Excellent benefits. Nice central location downtown. Their is many really good people that work for the County and City,
Cons
Upper management members are dishonest, backstabbing, arrogant and manipulative. Many older employees were purposely harassed to quick, transfer or retire. The manager will straight up lie to employees and the public.
