Pros

Diverse patient population, clinic system is designed to help the underserved, diversity in employees.

Cons

Nurses are paid so low that they have to door-dash or grub hub just to help ends meet. No good benefits for part-time employees. Nurses spoon feed doctors & worship them. Management try to recruit teams, supervisors are fake & not trustworthy, a lot fakery & backstabbing.

Pros

Decent pay, most attorneys work hard on their cases, good benefits

Cons

Heavy caseload, in court most of the day, insufficient office time to work cases so expect to regularly work at home evenings and weekends. No time for a personal life. High turnover, difficult for them to recruit & retain experienced attorneys so the experienced attorneys get dumped on. High stress job. 20+ attorneys quit in past 3 years. Plan on stress meds if you work here.
