None to be honest. Maybe benefits but that doesn’t matter if you don’t make the clique (which you won’t unless you’ve been there since the dawn of time)
Cons
Everything. Always claims to be “the best place to work” what a joke. Everyone is insufferable and all compete on who can be the most miserable. Stuck in the old ways (don’t know how to adapt in todays digital world) and it will never get better until the dinosaurs are gone.
