Good pay and good benefits good people to work with

Cons

Coordinators and management have no idea what's going on. No communication. And the communication we do receive is how poorly the company is doing. Not great for inspiring workers. Also horrible turn over rates. Always hiring due to not being able to keep people.

Laid back environment depending on the team that you work on.

Cons

The laid back attitude leads to things often not being done on time. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. Management often expects you to go above and beyond for a mediocre salary while they make 3-4x what you do. Climbing vertically is nearly impossible as positions only open up when someone dies or retires.
