Pros
Stantec offers a great work environment with a strong, supportive company culture. Compensation and benefits are good and subject to the project budget, however it is competitive, and the working methods are efficient and well-structured. As a Resident Engineer (Telecom, I&C) , I appreciated the opportunity for professional development and career growth.
Cons
Like any large PMC, some internal processes can be a bit slow at times—particularly during hiring phases that require client approvals. However, these delays are usually due to response times on the client side, not Stantec’s internal processes.
