Pros
Smart, foreward thinking, diverse executive leadership. Big focus on sustainability initiatives internally as well as sustainability programs/products for customers. Great job advancement opportunities or for horizontal transitions to a different type of role. Safe company to work for, especially if you're just starting out. Sales roles usually are fairly flexible.
Cons
A lot of the pros I shared depend on the managers; my managers were all fantastic and didn't micromanage, but it seems to be inconsistent across the company. The only constant is change - constantly changing commission and payment plans, sometimes for the better but rarely if ever. The company culture is "old school" so for younger employees, the internal culture is very stuffy and formal. Very much an old school company changing it's direction to meet the new needs of customers. This means growing pains for current employees but is good for customers and future employees.
