Cons
Embarrassingly low pay rate for certified computer technicians resulting in high turnover or hiring of less qualified technicians. There is a difference of several dollars in pay between our techs and Geek Squad. Severe cuts in payroll with a drastic increase in tasks and goals. The pressure has increased so much to perform with less resources. We are now having 5 conference calls per week about performance. There are currently 20+ "TOP PRIORITY" focuses in the stores.
