Pros
People you work with are terrific... Most of the customers are nice people too. Benefits are ok for full time employees. They even give limited benefits for part timers. Work is hectic becuase of a combination of volume and understaffing so it makes the day go quickly.
Cons
Pay versus duties/responsibilty ratio is extremely poor. Managers cannot think out of the box. Extremely poor leadership. Appears they hired the people who couldn't manage in other industries. Company changed protection plan coverages that makes them practically worthless to consumers but they expect everyone to sell them or be written up for non-performance. Techs are expected to sell the max in services or be written up for non-performance. Training has regressed to a point where new employees are thrown into the mix with little or no mentoring and very little training. Numerous mistakes by corporate on pay and bonuses when you work or produce out of the norm. You need to check your pay for accuracy each week.
