Management was awful - Copy and Print Associate Staples Employee Review

I worked in copy and print. It was okay at first, then I made a mistake and instead of coaching me they just dismissed me. When confronted they continued to avoid it. When I put in my two weeks they guilted me into staying. The other thing that upset me was the fact that the manager felt he was too good to work weekends and evenings. As well as the supervisors. They would once in a while but reluctantly.
