Pros

-0.22$ pay raise every 6 months for the first 3 years. -Pay raise every year after the 3 first years. -0.15$ above minimum wage. -Pay bonuses of about 0.18$ for every hour worked during the economic crisis every year for everyone. -Pay bonuses every 3 months for everyone. -They have a punch card system. -They pay you on holidays. Most companies do not even if they have to by law. To be hired you must go through 3 job interviews with 3 managers. This allows for only the best to be hired. The managers are highly respectful and treat you with dignity and respect. You learn so much. There are many parties. A very loving environment. Respectful coworkers.

Cons

They make you work extremely hard. You are always overworked having to handle 2 phone at the time while being called on the intercom system while they expect you to be answering clients, stocking the store, changing prices, selling furniture, placing all the products that have arrived during shipping. The ask you to do only classes when you are at home that pay you 15 minutes ever time you complete one. Often you feel that you do not have enough authority to resolve problems with shipping orders, customers sales, they do not give you the appropriate tools to work and assemble computer chairs.

Pros

Discount was pretty nice to have

Cons

Management was changed very frequently that right when one person would finally get their system in order, someone else would be hired to take their place. Also the pay was really bad, like it only became 15 right before I was leaving.
