Cons
They make you work extremely hard. You are always overworked having to handle 2 phone at the time while being called on the intercom system while they expect you to be answering clients, stocking the store, changing prices, selling furniture, placing all the products that have arrived during shipping. The ask you to do only classes when you are at home that pay you 15 minutes ever time you complete one. Often you feel that you do not have enough authority to resolve problems with shipping orders, customers sales, they do not give you the appropriate tools to work and assemble computer chairs.
