Pros

Staples has great perks: - 401k matching up to 3% - Tuition assistance $100/month - Cell phone reimbursement $50/month - Great healthcare with Kaiser and dental and vision care as well - Hours are flexible depending on your performance

Cons

When Staples got bought out by Sycamore Partners, all the quota and expectations were doubled with less resources: - Premium sales went from 1/week to 1.25/week - They fired the whole bid team so we had to make our own bids instead of being out in the field - They established territories a little too late and took all our leads away to distribute it amongst the team (how is that fair for people who's been on board for a long time?) - They told us to one call close and not sell on price when EVERY BUSINESS cares about cash flow - a.k.a PRICES - Staples Advantage is not competitive with Costco, Amazon, or Uline... The only prices they beat is Staples.com... Their own retail company - Congrats you out-beat yourself. Wow.

Pros

Discount was pretty nice to have

Cons

Management was changed very frequently that right when one person would finally get their system in order, someone else would be hired to take their place. Also the pay was really bad, like it only became 15 right before I was leaving.
