Pros
Salary, Staples pays very well. Lots of paid time off compared to other retailers. Benefits weren't bad, but not the best. ie they even have pet insurance, but the medical wasn't top notch.
Cons
Even though there is plenty of paid time off, you don't really get to take it when you want to. Not enough help to get the job done and help customers. Too many "targets" to try to focus on. If it's not FPP, ESP, PPP, or the latest speciality plan, it's paper to ink, or other attachments, or 5 different customer service measurements. Everything is a #1 priority.
