Pros
There are none, really. I, along with others I work with, joined Staples and the Talent Acquisition team and it has been a complete and utter disaster from the onset. The Leadership over Talent Acquisition has no EQ qualities and lacks any understanding or ability to build relationships with you. The culture within TA is a direct reflection of the leaders inability to foster a workplace built on trust and transparency. There is NO room to advance as the leader does not nor cares to be involved with your career advancement.
Cons
Culture lacks transparency, trust and relationships. Leadership does not want to get to know the employees and shows no willingness to see how others are feeling. There is no ability to give feedback as you will be judged and juried quickly. There are plenty of great organizations searching for career oriented, driven and goal focused individuals that want to see you do well through hard work. This is not one of them as there is no team atmosphere. If you chose to interview ask how many associates have turned over in the last 1-2 years within Talent Acquisition? The answer will absolutely shock you!!!
