Pros
- Great team environment, good co-workers - Always changing, very dynamic - Great for high school and college/university students
Cons
- Unrealistic sales goals, my store had us present managers with computer sales with less than 250$ in basket sales and explain what we could have done better. (Basket sales are things customers buy in addition to the computer) - A lot of sales expectations and competitiveness for little reward and no commission. - Little training on things you are expected to know how to do. It took me 3 months of trial and error to learn how to process an online order, I had only one video of training on the topic.
