Pros

Associates are good people that will open up to the right type of person. The associates are engaging and willing to share their side of things if you ask.

Cons

Compensation is minimal - worse paying salary position I have ever held. The company prides itself on being "frugal" - CHEAP and it shows! The restrooms at the fulfillment center are never clean. Feedback is none existent unless it is something negative. Staples does not invest in the fulfillment centers at all so technology does not exist either. The talent they have does not meet any type of standard. The promote from within but expect the operation to be world class so you have a lot of management that does not hold degrees of any type.
