Disorganized, and chaotic work environment - Copy & Print Center Associate Staples Employee Review

Lack of management skill, and un-trained "management" in the area. The equipment and especially computer running everything is severely outdated. I started the job because it had a relationship to my field of study (design), but I soon realized I knew more about everything than the people training me. There is no room for improvement on anything because everything is so written in stone in manuals. Even when the customers love you and the work you do for them, if you don't meet your numbers in sales then none of that matters to the company.
