Awesome Managers and Great Coworkers, Beware of Copy and Print - Copy and Print Associate Staples Employee Review

The Copy and Print department is beyond hectic, and we were frequently understaffed. No more than 2 people working at a time with print orders and jobs sitting on hold for sometimes days at a time. This is a customer facing role, so expect to get chewed out A LOT. People assume you're a printing wizard, and that you can do anything they want. Lots of unrealistic demands, and sometime managers will make promises you can't deliver, and you take the heat for it from customers. The training process took FOREVER.
