Pros
The benefits are pretty good. If it wasn't for the benefits, I'd work anywhere else. Medical, dental, etc are decent for retail. Every once in a while, a good manager or district manager will sneek through.
Cons
Training is a joke! You do NOT want their techs working on your computer! Several training videos and multiple choice tests and the associates are considered Ready to Go! The bonus program used to be good-an associate could make some extra money. Instead of eliminating the bonus program all together, the program was changed to be unobtainable. In fact, if a store is making budget-surprise! The budget is changed and raised mid-year to unobtainable levels. The EASY Tech associates and the Copy Center associates are super understaffed and have unrealistic goals. Copy Center has only 30 seconds to say hello to a customer when they walk up to the counter! That's cruel!
