Pros
None. This company is completely awful. They will not care about you, and honestly if you could work fast food you would not only probably make more $$$ but you would also probably have a better time. The only good part of working here is co workers, which you'll have everywhere you go and would never be a reason to stay at a garbage job.
Cons
Staples will never care about you. This much was abundantly clear the longer I worked here. My boss lied to me about potential for raises and growth opportunities. Told me to wait a year for a raise. Then when this raise came around it was up to me to have customers fill out surveys in order for me to get my raise. AKA in order for Staples to care about my experience as an employee I would have to make my MANAGER money and HIS manager money, first. While I was clearly struggling with feeling like staples cant care less about me, my boss not only told me to wait for months more (when I was already burnt out), but also LAUGHED at me every single time I would have a meeting in his office. Do not trust any of the blatant lies they will tell you about potential for raises and growth. You will never get a raise and they will literally hire your replacement while purposefully treating you like garbage to get you to quit instead of being fired so they dont have to pay unemployment.
