Pros
The store manager was fantastic at hiring employees. I got along with pretty much everyone there. We had radios on that helped us communicate constantly and I loved the radios. They helped so much with emergencies and angry customers. We had meetings not constantly but often enough that I was kept up to date on what was happening in our store and the company.
Cons
Survey were pushed so hard. It got to the point that we would have to beg people for surveys. We would get 15 goods one and have 1 bad survey by a impossible customer and get yelled at by upper management. Expectations were so high. The problem with expectations being that high is the pay wasn't high enough to get the best of the best so instead they hire High school and college age kids with no prior experience. And with low pay and high expectations turnover was crazy high. We were constantly having people quit and having to constantly train new people. Customers would notice and complain that we always had new employees and that the goods ones always left.
